Campus Support Specialist
Kenzie Academy is looking for a Campus Assistant to join our fast-growing, Indianapolis-based startup that’s reimagining education. You will be Kenzie’s master of all tasks, meaning you will do anything that needs doing to ensure smooth day to day operations at Kenzie’s campus.

There is no specific experience required, but hiring preference will be given to seasoned professionals, particularly those with business administrative experience. Our goal is to hire someone who can hit the ground running on day one, leveraging the skills and expertise they’ve picked up over the course of your career.

Kenzie Academy, a tech apprenticeship program that develops modern tech workers, reimagines higher education, combining training in the latest tech skills, real-world work experience, and mentorship from industry experts. Experience in marketing or recruiting.
About the Role
You will perform a variety of administrative tasks. This is a critical role to ensure Kenzie’s success! Multiple team members will be relying on you.
Scheduling & Meeting Coordination: You will manage the calendar for the CEO, scheduling any requested meetings. This includes sending calendar invites, meeting reminders, sharing conference call details, picking meeting locations, and more.
Campus Support: Support campus operations to ensure Kenize students, staff, and guests are having the best possible experience while they’re in our space! This could include buying supplies, setting up the space for special events, welcoming guests to the space, and much more!!
Student Support: You will be a reliable figure students can turn to when they have non-academic questions or concerns about the campus, for example being the point person student complaints about the physical space (ie problem with refrigerator, furniture, etc), being a friend who always says hello and checks in how students are doing.
Operations Support: You will support the operations team with tasks such as running to the bank or post office, managing the info@ email account and forwarding messages to the right team member, tracking information or serving as a project manager for certain projects, supporting some financial details like paying rent, credit card bills, helping with some invoicing, payment collection, and more!
