Campus Marketing Producer
Kenzie Academy is looking for a Campus Marketing Producer to join our fast-growing, Indianapolis-based startup that’s reimagining education. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with the marketing team to develop, and implement a hyper-local Indiana marketing strategy.
About the Role:
We are looking for an innovative, outgoing individual to connect with potential local students. This team member will be growing our presence in the Indianapolis and surrounding communities. We are looking for a product marketer to develop, implement, and analyze strategies designed to increase applications for our on-campus and online programs. You must have a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, as well as marketing technologies. The ideal candidate should feel at home in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in a startup -- or similarly fast-paced -- environment. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple projects is critical for this role.
1-3 years running, tracking, and optimizing successful digital campaigns. This experience may include, but is not limited to: email, social, SEO, SEM, data/analytics.
1-3 years running traditional marketing campaigns. This experience may include, but is not limited to: billboard advertising, sponsorships, direct mail, guerilla marketing, events.
Solid knowledge of the Indianapolis and surrounding communities.
Accountable and takes ownership.

Experience with at least some of our marketing stack. We use Drip for email marketing; Sprout Social for social media management; Google Analytics and Wicked Reports for reporting; Canva for graphic design; Squarespace as our CMS. You don’t have to be an expert, but being a quick study is necessary.

Be an expert on the consumer to inform messaging, differentiation, marketing content, and communications.
Provide input into go-to-market plans by helping design end-to-end marketing campaigns that incorporate both traditional and digital tactics.
Plan, implement, and track demand and lead generation campaigns. This includes creating copy and creative, A/B testing campaigns, day-to-day landing page optimization, and vendor management.
Measure performance against key KPIs and provide continual recommendations.
Manage on-campus Kenzie events, drive event promotions and coordination while showing incremental growth in attendance.
