Northwest Arkansas is a growing tech hub
Northwest Arkansas holds a special place in our hearts. We’ve partnered with the Walton Family Foundation to foster the tech talent pipeline in the area. Why? Because tech business is booming in Northwest Arkansas. Area job growth in the tech industry is now outpacing the growth of non-STEM jobs, and there’s no sign of slowing down. Tyson Foods brought more than 300 tech jobs to downtown Springdale in 2018; and J.B. Hunt Transport is set to add several hundred positions over the next couple of years. These are just a few of the many companies looking for tech talent in the area.
