Indianapolis Employer Partners
See how a health intelligence company filled open positions with Kenzie Academy’s Employer Partner Program.
How can companies simplify the process of finding and vetting quality tech talent? Just look to the Kenzie Employer Partner Program.
Springbuk is a health intelligence platform for workplaces; they’re also a Kenzie Employer Partner. As they worked hard to transform the health intelligence space, Springbuk needed more Software Engineers to join their growing team and contribute to their mission. Springbuk’s Vice President of Technology Roger Deetz is thankful to have found new hires through the Employer Partner program.
“Communicating with Kenzie Academy and their graduates has been very smooth,” Roger said. “We typically receive hundreds of applications for each Software Engineering position so it’s been very helpful to have a direct recommendation for a role.”
Roger was especially impressed with the customized attention Kenzie was able to provide his team.
“Kenzie’s Placement Team has been very helpful in identifying candidates,” Roger said. “They identify students who have completed courses that are relevant to the skills needed for our open positions.”
